eBay - now with push alerts u never have to miss out on a bargain

Google - voice search works surprisingly well

Facebook - keep up with the latest on facebook. can't wait for v3.0

midomi - not free anymore but can find that song that u don't know the name of whether it be on the radio or in your head.

Air Mouse - wireless keyboard and mouse. can assign applications to function keys to open them with just a touch

FriendSync - sync your contacts with their photos on facebook. they're facebook profile pic comes up when they call you.
